Our services are measured in the unit of credits. Credit is the unit for usage consumption in the form of any transformation that you perform using our platform. For example, 1 image upscale consumes 1 credit.

Once all credits are spent in your account, you can either upgrade your subscription plan or purchase a 'pay-as-you-go' plan.

For occasional image tasks or a one-time use requirement, you can go with our pay-as-you-go plan, where you can buy enough credits per your image requirements. It works as a spot-on credit top-up that, once paid, would reflect the bought credits immediately. Our monthly subscription plan would save you money if you have bulk images or need our platform for recurring services. Starting at 5 images, you can try the platform for free and later on avail a subscription plan per your requirement.

Yes. You must do a basic sign-up before using MejorarImagen. The advantage of signing up here is that you can avail free credits to bulk-transform your images.

MejorarImagen works very well with most of the photos that include a person, product, etc. However, the quality of the results may vary with the complexity of images results. Continuous improvement has been made to the AI model of MejorarImagen. For better user experience, we highly recommend uploading a few typical test images to see if the results meet the requirements of your specific task. In some cases, you can personally contact us if you are unsatisfied with the results. The unused credits expire when subscription expires. For example, if you bought a plan of 600 credits for $9.9 and could consume only 500 credits, then the remaining 100 credits will expire automatically when subscription expires. You would be required to upgrade to a new plan. However, if you require add-on credits, we have a pay-as-you-go plan that caters to your on-spot requirements. You can recharge your account with the desired credits and continue using our services.

Subscription points will be prioritized for deduction. Once the subscription points are used up, we will then use the pay-as-you-go points. This is because pay-as-you-go points are permanently valid, while subscription points will expire after the subscription ends, ensuring that your rights are maximally protected.

To upgrade your existing plan, navigate to the pricing section and select the plan that aligns best with your needs. For bespoke plan inquiries, you can arrange a consultation with our product strategist, who will guide you to the most suitable option based on your specific requirements. We've designed our pricing with market competitiveness to ensure you receive exceptional value. To cancel your subscription, go to the Billing page and click the Cancel Subscription button. If you wish to downgrade your subscription, please get in touch with our support team, and they'll assist you promptly.

We support general image format including JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, BMP, or TIFF with no more than 20 megabytes.
